Yogis say we only have a limited number of breaths in our lifetime, the slower we breathe the longer we live.
Most of us don’t know the positive effects our breathing can have on our emotions and wellbeing.
My purpose is to share that with you through breath-work and yoga therapy!

You can do lots of exercise and eat well but if you don’t breathe correctly you will never reach your full health potential!

Breathing through your nose is better for your health, lung function, sleep and performance. Mouth breathing can make you sick!
