Yoga Therapy
What is Yoga Therapy? Yoga therapy relies on a therapeutic relationship with deep listening and a tailoring of the practice to whatever arises in the course of the session
What should you expect?

In a typical session you can expect:

  • an initial discussion about your medical history as well as your physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual needs

  • we look at the way you breath, posture, gait, and how you move

  • to establish a movement and breathing practices tailored to meet your needs

  • supportive meditation, and relaxation practices

  • takeaways & some ‘homework’ to help you develop a personal practice

  • on- going support for the duration of the sessions and beyond

Is this for me?

Studies show that yoga therapy can help ease symptoms and side effects of many mental and physical conditions, a few of which are indicated below:

Stress, depression, anxiety, ptsd, eating disorders, post-natal depression, insomnia, back pain, diabetes, high blood pressure, parkinson's, asthma, cancer, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune diseases
